What It Does
Pitch Bend Range
While most hardware synthesizers typically have a pitch bend range limited to approximately +12 semitones, the "JACPOT SYNTH 8" expands this dramatically, offering a maximum setting of +48 semitones.
Arpeggiator
Rapidly repeating octaves, 4ths, and 5ths – with full control over the speed. You can get a "piko-piko" electronic pulse, or crank it up to create laser gun-like sounds.
You know those distinct "WIN SOUNDS" and the accompanying scaling, zooming, and flashing logo animations you often hear in modern Asian (especially Japanese) amusement centers? This synthesizer can create those kinds of sounds.
Drone Sounds
No need for a pitch bend controller, and forget about complicated LFO setups. Create rising and falling drone sounds with the touch of a button.
Try layering the arpeggiator on top of a drone sound. You can easily craft sounds like a shooting star streaking across the sky.
Waveform
You can draw your own oscillator waveforms, essentially turning it into a powerful wavetable synthesizer. With creative editing, the sonic possibilities are truly limitless.
Modulation
You can assign the waveforms you draw directly to the oscillator as an LFO. It's incredibly simple – just one click of the LFO button. So, what happens then? Brain-tingling, mind-bending sounds? Absolutely, you can create them with ease.
Waveform Pattern
You can chain together up to four oscillator waveforms. What's more, you can adjust the tempo and toggle looping on or off.
This is incredibly useful for crafting sound effects and creating unique lead sounds.
Even though it's a synthesizer, JACPOTSYNTH 8 boasts such a wide range of sound design capabilities that you can create professional-grade sound effects with it.
